Block B earlier this year sued the agency, Stardom Entertainment, exclusive to demand cancellation of the contract. Now the court has ruled Stardom has not been proven guilty. Block B also gave a statement refusing to work again with Stardom.
Seoul high court declared the evidence presented Block B is difficult to prove Stardom has violated the contract. Stardom Block B accused did not pay them for a year and do not provide opportunities and facilities promised. "However, from the evidence given, can not be said that the label intentionally hide money from the members," wrote the court's decision.
Facing defeat in the courts to make Block B decides to refuse to cooperate again with Stardom. Block B also said it will still continue to fight for their rights in this case. Owner album "Blockbuster" (2012) is once again apologized to fans for making them worry.
"We would like to say once again that we have made a sorry fans worry," wrote Block B in the statement. "Member Block B will return all the concern, love and support of fans by showing a more mature side in the future."
From now on Block B will perform activities independently, although the court issued a warning. They have the possibility of being sued Stardom if still promote themselves. "We do it because Block B members blocked the promotion independently, it violates human rights and freedoms," wrote Block B.
