Year 2013 has just begun and Block B fans have had to feel the anxiety. Block B is known to have recently filed a lawsuit against her agency, Stardom Entertainment. They demanded cancellation of the exclusive contract.
According to a media report, Block B members have filed a lawsuit in Seoul Central District Court. They demanded that their income has not been given for a year.
"During the signing of an exclusive contract, the agency promised that besides providing adequate training opportunities and facilities, we will be paid every 25th of the following month. However, the agency has not paid us for almost a year since April 2011," wrote media. Allkpop mention uncertain of the actual computation time was 2011 or 2012.
"It started in March last year, when a member of the contract has expired and the income has been calculated," continued the report. "The cost of the event as well as the appearance fee from the OST of SBS drama 'Phantom', OST of MBC drama 'Golden Time', and the funds raised from the inaugural fan club in Japan and there are a total of more than 10 it has been removed."
Furthermore Block B also accused the agency CEO made off with money USD 66 thousand. It is the money collected from parents members to fund the production and promotion group. "He (CEO) never listen to the member or thinking about their activities and directed only at his option," said media reports.
