MBLAQ's Lee Joon series 'IRIS 2' Criticized For Use Weapons Toy Market

Just showing the first episode, but the series "IRIS 2" has been widely criticized. The series, starring MBLAQ's Lee Joon caught criticized for using toy guns sold in the market.

In the series, as secret agents using MP5 submachine gun type. The gun is a weapon commonly used in international unity. However, when the bottom of the gun turned out to be enlarged MP5 submachine they use fake and really looks like a toy.

In fact, there is a metal coil that is clearly visible in the filling the bullet. This fact is surprising because usually Taewon Entertainment, the studio that produces the series use special weapons in the series and their movies. Typically, they use a harmless replica guns specifically designed as the original.

For whatever reason, they decided to use a weapon that actually looks like a toy in "IRIS 2". Several fans were also puzzled because the series has reportedly wore a big enough budget for production costs.

"Why use a big-budget series of toy guns from the store rather than a replica?" commented a netizen. "Actually, they do not need to use a real weapon. They need only make a replica weapon that actually looks real," said another fan.

In spite of all the criticism, "IRIS 2" remain successful captivate the audience. This action series premiere episode successfully achieved the highest rating with a percentage of 14.4 percent beat other series alike.
